We saw a demo from Elite Vehicle Solutions years before we switched to them; we loved what we saw but it felt like a big jump to leave an upfitter that we’ve used for years who was only a mile away. But cruiser after cruiser was delivered with problems and inconsistencies. We were lucky our old upfitter was only a mile away, as the cars were constantly going back there. Elite has made our experience a one stop shop – from installing all emergency equipment to even putting decals on the vehicle. Dustin, a police officer himself, lends his expertise in ensuring our vehicles are quite cop (and duty belt) friendly. Any customizations are always honored, and everything is delivered to us in fantastic working order. Our officers love the consistency – that one vehicle is the same as the next, exactly as we want it. Even though Elite is a little further away than our old upfitter, we found that was of no concern because we do not have to take our vehicles back there month after month. The professional upfit doesn’t fail and has become a source of pride for our agency, where officers are opening their trunks to show how neatly the vehicle is wired and put together.

To put it bluntly – Elite lives up to their name. I can say with confidence that our fleet is elite.
